Harvestwear Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident in every Harvestwear purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to put it right.

Returns & Exchanges

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll either replace the item or issue or issue a refund.

If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit, provided:-

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • You cover the return shipping costs

How to Return an Item

Email us at sales@harvestwear.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll confirm next steps, including where to send your item and whether a replacement or refund applies.

Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll process your request within 5 working days.

Please note:

  • Returns without prior contact may not be accepted
  • We can’t accept returns on used picking gear (for hygiene reasons) unless there’s a fault

Trade & Event Sales

If you bought your Harvestwear gear at a field day or from a reseller, please contact the place of purchase in the first instance.We’ll always try to help if they’re unable to resolve it.
